Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey that was conducted on January 16, 2020, found that We Care Homecare Agency, had corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H: Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site state re-licensure survey completed on November 20, 2019.
